About Strategic Learning Partners, LLC

Founded in 2017 by Tim Tyler, a CPLP with 20 years experience working with franchise and dealer networks of learners with arm's length relationships to the brands he worked for. Tim saw that learning in these environments had to draw learners in, it couldn't be pushed down. He learned through years of trial and error that networks of independent and entrepreneurial workers needed not only learning events that established competence, but also work-aids to help retention and success communities to foster commitment to the core values and mission of the brand they were not directly employed by.

Strategic Learning Partners works with brokers and companies to build persistent learning environments that on-board sales associates quickly and enhance agent retention to help sales managers and brokers focus on running their business instead of constantly recruiting new sales associates.

Strategic Learning Partners can help you create learning with proven results!

Establishing Competence

Classroom and online learning, video and web-based self-paced courses and micro-learning capsules designed to help workers establish competence in critical business skills including business planning, prospecting, ethics and compliance, time management, general sales skills, financial literacy.

Building Confidence

Practice environments and work aids to help workers recall and practice learning to build confidence in their new skills.

Gaining Commitment

Competence and confidence without commitment inevitably lead workers to revert to old habits or abandon new skills. Success is best achieved by surrounding yourself with other successful people. We build success communities to provide workers with an environment where they see the skills they learned employed consistently by others who are achieving their goals.
